Safety is at the core of how we work at Pro Scales and Construction Services. Before we ever step on a job site, we take time to go over the plan, talk through any risks and make sure everyone’s ready to do the job safely. Because at the end of the day, nothing matters more than making sure our team goes home in one piece.
Starting Every Day with Safety
Each morning, we take a few minutes to get on the same page. We talk about what’s happening on the job, what to watch out for and what tools and gear we’ll need. Whether we’re getting on ladders, working at heights or dealing with tight spaces, we make sure everyone knows what to expect and how to stay safe.
Training That Goes Beyond the Basics
All of our project managers are OSHA 30 certified, and we don’t stop there. Safety training happens every week, and we do daily toolbox talks to keep the conversation going. It’s part of how we keep safety fresh in our minds, no matter how busy the day gets.
Gear That Gets Checked Often
From harnesses to hard hats, our safety gear gets used every day, and checked just as often. If it doesn’t meet our standards, we don’t use it. It’s that simple.
A Team That Looks Out for Each Other
Over time, safety has become second nature for us. We’ve built a culture where everyone’s looking out for the person next to them. That kind of trust makes our job sites safer and our team stronger.
This National Safety Month, we’re proud to keep doing what we’ve always done: put safety first.
